    Scope and terms

    Pricing is per event and based on the contracted capacity. Capacity includes both paid and free tickets; core features are included in all three packages.

    The client provides the text, images, and event information. The number of submissions, revisions, and the duration of the service are agreed upon before starting.

    Payment gateway fees are separate. Stripe charges its fees directly to the organizer’s account; these are not included in the package price.

    Multiple dates, venues, or special integrations and automations are quoted separately, with the scope and price agreed upon in advance.

    Monthly service includes:

    • Menu adjustments and promotions: Service includes updates based on identified needs and opportunities.
    • Monthly Business Review (MBR): Each month, we provide an analysis of available data, explain the results, and identify opportunities—complete with concrete recommendations and priorities for improvement.
    • Consulting for expansion and dark kitchens: We provide guidance on conceptualizing and creating "dark kitchens" (ghost kitchens) to develop new business units or explore expansion opportunities.
